HERE’S HOW TO ENTER

There is one way to enter the Bring the Game Home Online Instant Win Game (“Online Game”), beginning 12:00:01 AM ET September 15, 2008 and ending 11:59:59 PM ET November 17, 2008:

 

(a) Beginning 12:00:01 AM ET on September 15, 2008 through 11:59:59 PM ET on November 17, 2008 to find out if you are an instant winner of a Grand Prize (“Instant Win Prize”) log on to www.gatherroundthegrill.com. Follow the instructions provided and enter all required information to see if you are an instant winner. If the message on the website reveals you are an instant winner, you win the Instant Win Prize that was revealed, subject to verification. If you have won an Instant Win Prize instantly, you will be notified via e-mail as to how and when you will receive your prize. Game plays must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on November 17, 2008. Only one play per person, per calendar day. Limit one Instant Win Prize per person, address and/or household.

 

 

ELIGIBILITY

Bring the Game Home Online Instant Win Game is only open to legal U.S. residents (excluding New York, Florida and Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older as of September 15, 2008 and have Internet access as of September 14, 2008. Employees of The Clorox Company (the “Sponsor”), SuperValu, Inc., National Pork Board, Dixie, Snapple, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agencies, any of their respective partners, prize suppliers (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”) and any of the members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) or same household of each are not eligible to win. This Online Game is void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island and where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

 

 

INSTANT WIN GRAND PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)

Three hundred (300) Grand Prizes: A $25 ESPN gift card. Some restrictions may apply. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with prize of comparable or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.

 

 

VERIFICATION

All instant winners are subject to verification of eligibility. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded and, if due to an error of any kind, there is more prize messages revealed than the number of prizes offered, the total number of prizes listed shall be awarded via a random drawing from among all persons who receive winning messages. In no event will the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.

 

 

RELEASES

If a potential Grand Prize winner is not reachable at the address provided, and a forwarding address is not made available, or prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited. All winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release the Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons and property. Except where prohibited or restricted by law, winners must consent to the use of their names, voices, pictures or other likenesses without compensation for Promotional purposes as determined by the Sponsor.

 

 

GENERAL RULES

Online entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or violates the Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. All aspects of the prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. No cash equivalent or exchange of prize is permitted (except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion). The winners agree to indemnify and hold harmless and waive any and all claims of liability of any kind whatsoever against the Sponsor and/or the Sponsor Affiliates, including any accident, loss, injury or death occurring or in any way related to the prizes or use/misuse thereof or while traveling to and/or from a location to obtain or use a prize. Neither the Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the prizes including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The winners, in accepting their prizes, consent to the use of their names, addresses (city, state), photographs and likenesses for purposes of advertising, trade and promoting in any and all media on behalf of the Sponsor, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
